Van Hollen, along with State Representatives Kim Hixson and Chuck Benedict, hosted a law enforcement and judicial roundtable on Monday, May 4, 2009, from the Janesville Senior Center in Janesville. The roundtable provided law enforcement officials from Rock County opportunities to discuss public safety concerns.

Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen hosted the 2009 Crime Victims' Rights Week Commemorative Ceremony. The event took place on April 27, 2009, from the Capitol Rotunda. Joining Van Hollen were Deborah Jordahl, Chair of the Wisconsin Crime Victims Council; Toni Rivera, Executive Director of Project Ujima; and other featured speakers and musicians.

Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen and state elected officials hosted a Law Enforcement and Judicial Roundtable on Monday, April 20, 2009. The roundtable provided law enforcement officials from Milwaukee County opportunities to discuss public safety concerns and other issues of importance to the county with the Attorney General. The roundtable was held in the West Allis Police Department.

Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen held a news conference today to announce that a Dane County jury found Pharmacia committed fraud on Wisconsin Medicaid program and that the Department of Justice won $9 million for the state. The news conference took place in Madison on February 17, 2009.
